Crystal Clean Pool & Spa Service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Crystal Clean Pool & Spa Service website and the PoolServ portal. PoolServ is provided to help manage service requests, customer communication, quotes, billing handoff, and related pool and spa service records.

Authorized Use

Portal access is intended for Crystal Clean staff and approved customers. Users are responsible for keeping sign-in information private and for notifying Crystal Clean if access should be changed or removed.

Service Information

PoolServ records, service notes, quote approvals, and invoice details are business records used to coordinate service. Crystal Clean may correct records when errors or incomplete information are identified.

Quotes and Approvals

Quote approvals submitted through PoolServ authorize Crystal Clean to proceed with the described work, subject to availability, parts, access, and any additional terms provided with the quote.

Accounting Connections

QuickBooks Online connections must be approved by an authorized administrator. PoolServ may use that connection to sync customers, invoices, payments, items, and related accounting records.

QuickBooks and Payment Processing

PoolServ is a Crystal Clean Pool & Spa Service tool that integrates with Intuit services. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments are third-party services governed by Intuit's applicable terms. Payment card and bank information should be entered only on approved hosted payment pages, not in PoolServ messages, notes, or website forms.

Availability

The website and portal are provided on a practical business-operations basis and may be updated, interrupted, or limited for maintenance, security, or hosting reasons.
