Crystal Clean Pool & Spa Service uses customer information to provide pool and spa service, respond to requests, schedule visits, prepare quotes, process billing, and support the PoolServ customer portal.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, property and service details, quote and invoice information, messages submitted through the website or PoolServ, payment-link references, and optional accounting identifiers if accounting sync is enabled.

How We Use Information

Information is used to deliver requested services, communicate with customers, maintain service history, send quotes and invoices, reconcile payments, protect the portal, and improve operations.

Clover and Optional Accounting Connections

When Clover Hosted Checkout is configured, PoolServ stores only server-side credentials and payment-link/payment-status references needed to create hosted checkout sessions. If an authorized administrator later connects QuickBooks Online for optional accounting sync, PoolServ stores those connection tokens on the server. Customers do not need to share Clover or QuickBooks credentials with Crystal Clean or PoolServ.

Payment Information

Crystal Clean and PoolServ do not intend to collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment passwords through website forms, service notes, or portal messages. When online payment is offered, customers should enter payment details only on approved hosted payment pages such as Clover Hosted Checkout or another authorized payment processor.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We may share information with service providers used for hosting, email, accounting, payment processing, and business operations when needed to provide the service.

Security

PoolServ requires administrator sign-in for office tools and stores Clover and optional accounting connection secrets in a server-protected storage area. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we use practical safeguards to limit access to operational data.
