Crystal Clean Pool & Spa Service uses customer information to provide pool and spa service, respond to requests, schedule visits, prepare quotes, process billing, and support the PoolServ customer portal.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact details, property and service details, quote and invoice information, messages submitted through the website or PoolServ, and accounting identifiers needed to sync records with QuickBooks.
How We Use Information
Information is used to deliver requested services, communicate with customers, maintain service history, send quotes and invoices, reconcile payments, protect the portal, and improve operations.
QuickBooks Connection
When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, PoolServ stores connection tokens on the server so service, customer, invoice, and payment records can be synchronized. Customers do not need to share QuickBooks credentials with Crystal Clean or PoolServ.
Payment Information
Crystal Clean and PoolServ do not intend to collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment passwords through website forms, service notes, or portal messages. When online payment is offered, customers should enter payment details only on approved hosted payment pages such as QuickBooks Payments or another authorized payment processor.
Sharing
We do not sell customer information. We may share information with service providers used for hosting, email, accounting, payment processing, and business operations when needed to provide the service.
Security
PoolServ requires administrator sign-in for office tools and stores QuickBooks connection tokens in a server-protected storage area. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we use practical safeguards to limit access to operational data.
